Name of the post: Panchayat Secretary(Grade - IV) in A.P

Educational Qualification:Must have passed the Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Age:18-42 years

Number of posts:1055

Mode Of Selection:
1) Screening test-150marks
2) Mains exam-300 marks
The minimum qualifying marks in the main examination for consideration of a candidate to
the selection process in case of OC category is 40%, BC category is 35% and for SC, ST
and PH categories is 30% or as per the relevant rules. The minimum qualifying mark is
relaxable in the case of SC/ST/BC/PH at the discretion of the Commission. Mere securing of minimum qualifying marks does not confer any right to the candidate for being considered to the selection.

HERE IS THE PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR APPLYING APPSC PANCHAYAT RAJ GROUP 3
Step 1:You should have a OTPR ID before applying
Step 2: You need to visit the APPSC Website.For that you need to click on the below link.
         http://appscapplications17.apspsc.gov.in/



Step 3: Then you will see the notifications given by the APPSC. You need to find the panchayat raj notification.
Step 4: you need to pay the exam fee to go for further steps.For this by clicking on "make payment"option in the payment column for panchayat post you can make the payment.
Step 5: If you click on the make payment option you will be redirected to another page(website) where you need to fill the details  like Name,Date of birth,etc.,


Step 6: Then after filling the details at the bottom of the page you will find "proceed to payment".Click on that button.
Step 7:After making payment you will get a message to your mobile i.e Journal Number,Amount paid,etc., .Take a screenshot if you need for future reference or note down the journal number.
Step 8:After the above step, you will find the button like "proceed to submit application".click on that button.
Step 9:By clicking on that, another page will open ,you need to fill the details your qualification,OTPR ID, etc.,
Step 10:After that you need to submit the application form ,you can view the preview then click submit.
Step 11:You can download the application form.
